“Монахи, эти десять явлений существуют посредством тела.

Какие десять?

Холод, жара, голод, жажда, испражнение, мочеиспускание, телесное обуздание, словесное обуздание, обуздание в средствах к жизни, формирователь cуществования, что ведёт к новому существованию.

Таковы десять явлений, что существуют посредством тела”.
