Nataṁdaḷhavagga

Translator: Mahāsaṅgīti Tipiṭaka Buddhavasse 2500

“Sobhati maccho gaṅgeyyo,

atho sobhati yāmuno;

Catuppadoyaṁ puriso,

nigrodhaparimaṇḍalo;

Īsakāyatagīvo ca,

sabbeva atirocati”.

“Yaṁ pucchito na taṁ akkhāsi,

Aññaṁ akkhāsi pucchito;

Attappasaṁsako poso,

Nāyaṁ asmāka ruccatī”ti.

Gaṅgeyyajātakaṁ pañcamaṁ.
