“Uddhaṁ pādatalā amma,

adho ve kesamatthakā;

Paccavekkhassumaṁ kāyaṁ,

asuciṁ pūtigandhikaṁ.

Evaṁ viharamānāya,

sabbo rāgo samūhato;

Pariḷāho samucchinno,

sītibhūtāmhi nibbutā”ti.
