This is sūtra no. 52 in the Taisho edition and no. 164 in Yinshun (T99.2.12c2-3, Y30.164a12-13).
It is unfortunate that this sūtra was not translated because it may well be lost today along with the Sarvāstivāda EĀ. This sūtra must have involved the five aggregates in some way, which is not included in any of the extant texts that I have found.
